We are seeking an experienced, organized professional for a Commercial Roofing Maintenance Foreman position. As a Roofing Maintenance Foreman, you will be managing your own crew, safety requirements and handling some customer communication in the Cincinnati OH. area.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in all types of commercial roofing
applications and manufactures: Single Plys – TPO, EPDM, PVC / Built Ups / Modified.
• Ability to identify roofing problems and provide proper repair solutions
• Ensures quality control and safety enforcement, meets company and client expectations
· Demonstrated organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling and crew.
· Ability to work independently.
· Must be able manage roof repairs and maintenance. This will include climbing ladders to access roofs.
· Valid driver’s license in good standing.
· Successfully passing a background check and drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required.
· 100% Local Work! You will be home every evening!
