Position Objective:
The Project Manager will oversee all field operations to achieve and maintain budgetary, productivity, quality, and safety initiatives and to ensure projects are completed on timely basis and within budget. This position will be responsible for scheduling, managing the roofing crews and sub contractors, purchasing materials and working with homeowners.

Entry Level Roofer could become Roofer Mechanic within 6 months!!!
Division: Roofing Production
Location: COLUMBUS OH
*This is not a supervisory position.
Job Duties
• Assists Foreman and crew members in safety and job setup
• Performs measurement of different roof materials
• Handles and secures material
• Frequently lifts and carries material (30 – 50 pounds), occasionally more
• Receive onsite training of roof applications, including but not limited to, decking, insulation, roofing membranes, flashing, caulking’s and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Operates hand tools and power tools in a safe manner
• Takes down all materials and equipment
• Job site cleanup
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Entry level does not need experience in this trade
• Must have basic knowledge of Math
• Must have common sense
• Must be able to ascend/descend ladders and work at various heights
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel and stoop
• Must possess strong attention to detail
• Must maintain OSHA safety guidelines at all times
• Must wear proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
• Must be on time, be responsible and be reliable
• Must take initiative and ask about other work that needs to be completed
• Must provide own transportation to and from job sites
• Must be able to learn and operate power equipment as directed by supervisor
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, as well as random testing
• Must provide own hand tools and work boots.
• Must be able to attain 10HR training within 90 days upon hiring
