Position Objective:

The Project Manager will oversee all field operations to achieve and maintain budgetary, productivity, quality, and safety initiatives and to ensure projects are completed on timely basis and within budget. This position will be responsible for scheduling, managing the roofing crews and sub contractors, purchasing materials and working with homeowners.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of residential roofing experience and management is a must with emphasis on all facets of business including but not limited to customer relations, extensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and requirements.
  • Responsible for all safety measures and complying with company polices and procedures.
  • Other critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking,  follow-through skills. Managing all jobs from start to finish, cost control and focusing on quality.
  • Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, organizational skills, decision making, written and communication skills, management and customer service.
  • Will be responsible for managing roofing crews as well as hiring and training of staff.
